A. Returning an Item
You have 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
B. How to return
All returned items must be in good condition with any tags still attached (if there are any). Please pack the items in their original packaging. Before returning an item, contact our team at support@spwes.com for instructions. We will provide the necessary details before dropping off your parcel. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.
C. Refunds
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, we will initiate your refund. You’ll receive an email confirming receipt of your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
D. Restrictions
Certain items have specific return guidelines:

Personalized Items: Custom-made products can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

Limited Items: Some exclusive products have a restricted return window of 14 days from delivery. This will be communicated during the ordering process if applicable.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
